Umtiti injured in France training

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique was handed yet another injury in defence, with Samuel Umtiti hurting his left hamstring during a training session with France on Wednesday.

Though still waiting for further tests, the centre-back has been ruled out of the match against Sweden on Friday, with Valencia defender Eliaquim Mangala to slot in and take his place.For now, the knock doens’t appear to be too serious and Umtiti is remaining with the France national team for the time being, though depending on future tests, he could make an early return back to Barcelona to avoid any unnecessary risks.
