AC Milan are reportedly considering Cesc Fabregas as their top choice to replace struggling manager Sérgio Conceição at the end of the season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Conceição’s future is uncertain following back-to-back Serie A defeats to Torino and Bologna, which have left Milan in eighth place—eight points adrift of a Champions League spot. With his job security in doubt, the club is already exploring potential replacements.
Fabregas has emerged as the frontrunner after guiding Como to Serie A in his debut managerial season. The former Arsenal and Barcelona star has impressed with his tactical intelligence and possession-based football, a philosophy that aligns with Milan’s vision for the future.
While Fabregas is seen as a long-term solution, the club is also monitoring other candidates, including Maurizio Sarri and Roberto De Zerbi.
