Babatunde Fowler, former chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), is currently in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged fraud.
We understands that Fowler was invited on Monday morning over an ongoing investigation involving Alpha Beta Consulting, a tax firm.
