The Queens emcee talked to Hot 97 this morning to not only bless them with her bodacious new “Anaconda” single but to also discuss what it was like crafting the “Flawless” remix with Beyoncé.
“Jay called me about a month ago and told me, “Beyoncé wants you to remix ‘Flawless’,” Minaj told Ebro in The Morning. “She sent me a version and said ‘I want you to be you, I don’t want you to hold back.'”
“She stopped by the studio and she was hyping me up,” she continues. “She was waiting to drop the track during the middle of the tour.”
The collaboration may have been a first but Minaj thought it would have never happened but is thankful the stars aligned.
Nicki also discussed her more than hyped up “Anaconda” single and the memes that have been all over social media the past few days. Does “size matter” to the Queen Barb? Indeed it does.
