Ojo had earlier admitted to cheating on his wife and filed for divorce after she publicly accused him of being unfaithful.
However, Tosin told the court that she did not want the marriage to end because she didn’t want their children to suffer from a broken home.
The case, which was supposed to be heard on Tuesday, October 21, was struck out after Ojo submitted a motion to withdraw it.
He said that both he and his wife had agreed to settle their differences peacefully outside the court.
In his request, Ojo also asked the court to treat the matter as if it had never been filed, showing his desire to reconcile and continue the marriage.
The couple has two children together.
