Nollywood Veteran Patience Umeh has made a revelation on why her colleague Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha does act intimate scenes.
Umeh in an episode of Where Is The Lie podcast, revealed that Chioma had a very conservative and religious upbringing.
She also stated that Chioma’s upbringing plays a very big role in her current personality and her career.
Chioma Chukwuka was brought up in a very Catholic home. She doesn’t accept kissing or romantic roles in movies. I’m saying this out of experience. She was a legionary. She has been a good girl, Umeh revealed.
Umeh’s claim sparked up a debate about Chioma’s role in Seven Doors, where she shared a kiss with Femi Adebayo. Some argued that the scene was probably acted by a body double, while some maintained that she acted that scene herself.
