After impressing in Turin last season, Juan Cuadrado will spend the 2016/17 season on loan at Juventus after agreeing to rejoin the club.

The Colombian is owned by Chelsea, but he hasn’t enjoyed his time in England since signing for the London side from Fiorentina in February 2015.Cuadrado only made 14 appearances for the Blues before returning to Serie A last summer, joining Juventus on loan where he netted five times in 40 games in all competitions.

He clearly made an impression on the Bianconeri hierarchy and coach Massimiliano Allegri, as the Old Lady have once agin landed the 28-year-old.

It’s believed he will spend the upcoming campaign on loan at Juventus, though this time there will be an obligation to make the move permanent at the end of the campaign.

Cuadrado’s signing isn’t expected to be the Bianconeri’s final one before the end of the transfer window, as they are also closing in on a deal that will see them land Axel Witsel from Zenit Saint Petersburg.
