Nigerian singer Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, widely known as Bella Shmurda, has paid tribute to his late friend and collaborator, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, on the third anniversary of his passing.
Taking to his X handle, Bella Shmurda remembered Mohbad with a heartfelt message, praying for his soul to continue resting in peace.
“Woe to evil doers. Keep resting, Imole!” he wrote.
Mohbad, who tragically passed away at the age of 27 on September 12, 2023, left a profound impact on the Nigerian music scene. His sudden and controversial death sparked nationwide outrage and demands for justice.
