Chelsea vs. Atlético hit by tube strike

The London underground strike, which will continue until Thursday, still threatens to cause chaos for fans travelling to and from Stamford Bridge for the game between Chelsea and Atlético.

The two-day strike, which was announced last week and will go ahead despite negotiations, will coincide with the arrival of 2,500 Atleti fans in the English capital and will obviously affect their travel plans.
The limited services which are scheduled only guarantee three trains per hour at the closest stop to the Chelsea stadium, Fulham Broadway, which are not expected to be enough to cope with the influx of the 42,000 fans who will attend the game.
