Diego López underwent his medical with Milan today, Tuesday, after arriving in the Italian city to link up with his new teammates yesterday.
On his arrival, the former Real Madrid keeper assured that he is “ready to fight and work as hard as ever to earn a place in the starting XI”.
The 32-year-old shotstopper was welcomed by a crowd of fans at the airport and had his photo taken wearing a scarf sporting the words ‘Forza Milan’.
The keeper said that Carlo Ancelotti, the current Real manager, and his goalkeeping coach, Villiam Vecchi, always “had good things to say about Milan” and assured that “it is a top-level club”
