Following Real Madrid’s 1-0 Champions League semi-final first leg win over Bayern Munich, King Juan Carlos of Spain said that “the best team won on the night” and that “there could even be an all-Spanish final”.

“We played well and the best team won”, the King told Canal Plus at the Santiago Bernabéu.
When asked what he thought would happen next Tuesday in the return leg, he said: “We’ll see”.
“There could even be an all-Spanish final”, he added in reference to the other semi-final betweenAtlético de Madrid and Chelsea, the first-leg of which ended in a goalless drawon Tuesday.
The Champions League final is scheduled to be played in Lisbon on 24th May.
