Lil Wayne fell off his skateboard a few too many times … and that’s what led to the gruesome elbow scar he’s now showing off with pride.
According to our sources, Weezy had the surgery last month after putting it off for as long as he could. We’re told he wanted to avoid going under the knife, but eventually he gave in.
Wayne posted a photo of his mangled arm and wrote, “Skate lyfe!!!”
