The award winning movie Maami will be released on DVD this Easter, the movie was directed by Tunde Kelani. Maami has been Shown and screened at several awards ceremonies and film festivals, it has also been nominated for several awards.

The movie tells the story of a poor single parent’s struggles to raise her only child, Kashimawo who eventually, rises to international stardom in an English football club, Arsenal, and becomes a national hero. Maami features the likes of Funke Akindele,Wole Ojo, Tamilore Kuboye and Tolani Abatti with cameo appearances by Olumide Bakare, Fatai Rolling Dollar, Yinka Davies, Kayode Balogun and Biodun Kupoluyi.
