The daughters of the late Nollywood icon Taiwo Hassan, fondly known as Ogogo, have announced their intention to actively pursue careers in acting and filmmaking.
Taiwo Halima Olamide (popularly called Lima Ogogo) and Shakirat Olawunmi Taiwo (known as Kira Ogogo) shared the news in a heartfelt video posted on Instagram, expressing their desire to carry on their father’s legacy.
In the video, the Ogogo sisters expressed deep gratitude to fans, celebrities, and well-wishers who have supported their family since their father’s passing.
You all loved our daddy so much. This is an appreciation video to say thank you. We are joining the industry, and we’re here to stay,” they said.
