VIDEO: Burna Boy Delivers Thrilling Performance at NFL Paris Halftime Show in Stade de France

Burna Boy electrified the Stade de France with a dynamic performance during the 2026 NFL Paris halftime show, captivating fans at Sunday’s matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans Saints.

The Afrofusion superstar owned the stage with his trademark charisma and infectious energy, delivering crowd favorites like “Ye,” “On The Low,” and “Last Last.”

Ahead of the show, Burna Boy shared high hopes for the experience, reflecting on his previous concert at the iconic venue: “If it is anything like my shows, like the last time I was here? Then, it would be amazing.”

His halftime appearance follows closely on the heels of Ayra Starr’s historic performance as the first artist to headline an NFL halftime show. Burna Boy, however, is no stranger to major sporting events. In 2023, he graced the NBA All-Star Game and the UEFA Champions League final kickoff show and, alongside Shakira, made history at the inaugural FIFA World Cup halftime show in 2026.

Born Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy first rose to prominence with “Like to Party,” the lead single from his 2013 debut album, ‘L.I.F.E.’ Since then, he has become one of Africa’s most celebrated music exports, with acclaimed albums such as ‘On a Spaceship’ (2015), ‘Outside’ (2018), ‘African Giant’ (2019), ‘Twice As Tall’ (2020), ‘Love, Damini’ (2022), ‘I Told Them’ (2023), and ‘No Sign of Weakness’ (2025).

Burna Boy holds the record for the most Grammy nominations by a Nigerian artist, with 13 to his name, and won Best Global Music Album in 2021 for ‘Twice As Tall.’
