Nigerian real estate mogul Mohammed Odeh Adah, widely known as King Ochacho, has officially handed over property documents worth N400 million to popular TikTok influencer Habeeb ‘Peller’ Hamzat.
The presentation took place during a live stream on Friday, following Ochacho’s earlier promise to gift Peller a house in celebration of his recent wedding to Amadou ‘Jarvis’ Elizabeth.
During the ceremony, Ochacho described the gesture as just “a little part” of his larger plans for Peller. He stated that the gift was in response to Peller telling him that some people doubted he would follow through on his pledge. To dispel any skepticism, Ochacho invited Peller to collect the documents in person.

I don’t talk too much. People don’t know this is the smallest gift I’ll ever give you. The house is worth about N400 million. I’m handing you the documents, Ochacho said.
Peller attended the handover with his lawyer and team. Renowned music producer Soso Soberekon was also present, with Ochacho highlighting his close relationship with Soberekon.
During the event, Ochacho presented Peller with a payment receipt, an official allocation letter, and a ‘Power of Attorney’ document granting Peller legal ownership of the property.
Ochacho confirmed that the property, a fully detached duplex with a boys’ quarter and penthouse on a 400-square-metre plot, had been fully paid for and would be registered in Peller’s name.
