Lovette ‘Goddessa’ Okechukwu, a former housemate from BBNaija ‘Show Ya Sef,’ has clarified that she is not interested in pursuing a relationship with fellow contestant Araga outside the house. Goddessa and Sultex were both evicted from the show last Sunday.
During a recent interview, Goddessa was asked if her in-house romance with Araga might continue beyond the show. She firmly replied, “What happens in the house, stays in the house. That is all I can say.”
Addressing her time on the show, Goddessa spoke about her unapologetic approach and strong personality. “I think it is a case of me not watering down myself for anybody. It is a show, and when you come into a show, you have to try as much as possible to give your best; you cannot reduce yourself for people,” she said. “You have to be your authentic self, so my apologies to people who saw it in a wrong way and were weighed down by it. I am such an authentic person, and I am not going to drop that for anybody.”
The 2026 season of BBNaija premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates. This year’s winner is set to receive a record-breaking grand prize of N160 million—the largest payout in the show’s history since its debut in 2006.
