A video featuring Fuji singer KWAM 1 has gone viral on social media, showing him openly boasting about deliberately leaving clothes and shoes at the homes of his ex-partners, particularly those who share children with him.
In the undated footage, the singer whose real name is Wasiu Ayinde discusses his approach to past relationships. He admits to intentionally leaving behind personal belongings, such as clothing and footwear, at the residences of women he is no longer dating, especially if they are mothers of his children.
There are many women I am no longer involved with, and I would leave clothes and shoes at their place. Especially if the person has a child for me. I would say they should use that to remember me, he said in Yoruba.

This statement surfaced just days after a woman named Ogechi Eleana accused the singer of neglecting his paternal responsibilities towards her 12-year-old daughter, Azeezat.
Eleana claimed she was in a relationship with KWAM 1 for more than seven years, which began when she offered him manicure, pedicure, and home care services. She alleged that when she became pregnant, the singer advised her to terminate the pregnancy and promised to send money for the procedure through an aide—a payment she says was never received.
Addressing the allegations during a performance, KWAM 1 dismissed the claims as baseless, referring to the pregnancy as “useless” and likening it to a “free gift.” He also remarked in song that no one should stress him at this point in his life, laughing off the accusations.
