Former Super Eagles star Sunday Mba has urged Chelsea to sign Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman, believing he would thrive under manager Enzo Maresca’s system.
“If I were Chelsea’s sporting director, I’d push for Lookman. It’s a win-win—his playing style fits Maresca’s vision,” Mba told Africafoot.
The Atalanta star has been in top form this season, netting 12 league goals and providing five assists. With tensions rising between Lookman and Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini, a summer exit seems likely.
Apart from Chelsea, Manchester United, PSG, and Juventus are also eyeing the 27-year-old CAF Player of the Year.
