
Toronto FC striker and Super Eagles player Bright Dike has hailed the contribution of younger sister Courtney Dike for Nigeria at the just concluded FIFA U-20 Women’s world cup in Canada footballlive.ng can reveal.
Bright who was at the Olympic stadium in Montreal Canada to watch Nigeria play at the final of the tournament was full of praises for Courtney who ended the tournament creating an history of her own going down as the lady to have scored the fastest ever goal in a FIFA women’s world cup.
Bright Dike who has been active on the social media since the start of the tournament was there at the venue to support her sister but things didn’t turn out as expected for the team who lost narrowly to the Germans 1-0 following a goal scored by Nigeria which was controversially disallowed by center Referee Carol Anne Chenard of Canada.
