Kingsley Coman has asked for the same salary as Robert Lewandowski as he looks to renew his contract at Bayern Munich.
The French forward enjoyed his best season at the club in 2020/21, as he registered five goals in 30 appearances, and is now seeking to extend his stay in Munich.
According to Sportbild, Coman‘s agents are asking for 12 million euros net from the club during the talks about renewing his contract until 2023, the same amount as their star Polish striker, an amount that the club’s directors are not willing to pay.
The club have no intention of selling Coman, unless an enormous offer were to come in, and new coach Julian Nagelsmann is looking to make Coman a key part of his side in the coming season.
