The quartet drew cheers from the crowd as they appeared on the jumbotron during a first-period break, showing how the city’s MLS side is embracing Canadian hockey culture.

Off the ice, Toronto FC is beginning to find form after a rocky start to their 2025 MLS season. Now 14th in the Eastern Conference with seven points from nine games, the Reds are eyeing a slow but hopeful climb up the table just ahead of bottom-placed CF Montréal.

With a crucial win against Real Salt Lake recently in the bag, Toronto FC is gearing up for a pivotal run of fixtures:

  • April 26: vs New York City FC at BMO Field
  • April 30: vs CF Montréal in the Canadian Championship
  • May 3: vs New England Revolution in MLS

As momentum builds both on the field and in the stands, Toronto fans will be hoping their football and hockey teams can both deliver in their respective playoff pursuits.
